How to use Less Brown P50 / F



  Less Brown P50  
 
  1. Spray on fruit

1. Prepare 15% of P50 solution in a spray bottle.
 *P50 dissolves easily in tepid water.
 *The solution can be stored for a month in a refrigerator.

2. Arrange the cut fruit on a dish.

3. Spray P50 solution on the fruit.
 
   
 
 
  2. Dipping

Less Brown P50 stops browning of sliced avocado.

 *Dipped in 4% of P50 / 0.5% saline for 20 min → Drained → Stored in the refrigerator
 *After being refrigerated two days
 
   
 
 
  Less Brown P50 stops browning of diced avocado after thawing.

 *Thawed diced avocado by dipping in 4% of P50 / 0.5% Saline for 30 min→
  Drained → Refrigerated
 *After being refrigerated two days
 
   
 
  *If you want to treat avocado before the freezing process,
dip avocado in 4% of P50 / 1% saline for 60 minutes before freezing.
 
 
  3. Addition to fruit puree

Add P50 or Vitamin C to roughly cut banana → Mixed by juicer → Refrigerated

 *Add P50 to the fruit before mixing.
 
   
 
 
  Add P50 or Vitamin C to avocado paste → Refrigerated  
   
 





  Less Brown F  
 
  1. Dipping

 *Dipped banana slice in 15% of Less Brown F for 10 seconds → Drained → Refrigerated
 *After two days at 10 ℃
 
   
 
 
  2. Addition to napaju

Dissolve 2% of Less Brown F for napaju, then apply to the fruit.
